ACTION PLANS
All students, in individual classes or in groups, have action plans developed individually according to the needs of the company. Issues not limited to language are worked on such as: leadership, self-confidence for presentations, participation in meetings, presentation techniques, time management, writing scientific articles, among others. It is also possible to develop specific areas according to requests from the manager of the area.

REPORTS
All students, in individual classes or in groups, have individual attendance and development monitoring. At the beginning of the course a live league is shared with the student and also with his director, to facilitate the follow-up of the development of his team.
